The Ultimate Metal Detecting Trips
The United States is called the New World for good reason . . . excluding native American civilization, our history dates back to the 1600’s and even being able to find artifacts from that time requires being in the right area and having the patience to get on the right site. Even finding something from the 1700’s is a Red-Letter day and many strive to find items from the 1800’s. Well, consider adding one of the trips that we put together to your “Bucket List”!
Can you imagine searching ground that is nothing but a cultivated farm field today but held a house 300 years ago, an entire Medieval village more than 500 years ago, a Roman villa 1,500 years ago, or even a Bronze Age settlement more than 3,500 years ago? Well, sites that hold coins, relics and other items from these periods exist and you can have the opportunity to search them.
NOTE: We had been promoting trips to Scotland; however, due to issues with our contact in country, we are no longer conducting trips there or are able to recommend the contact we had been using for trips to Scotland.
