Yes you will need a passport.
Please make sure that your passport is good for at least 6 months from the departure date of your trip.
Make sure your passport has not expired.
You will want to make a copy of your passport

The accommodations are at a hotel with private rooms and bathrooms.

Breakfast is served at the hotel and is buffet style
Lunch will be a box lunch that we stop and pick up before going into the field.
Dinner is on your own and a list of restaurants near the hotel will be provided to you.

We do not need to declare finds that are less than 300 years old generally. The Scottish treasure trove rarely claim medieval finds now like hammered coins etc but likely claim any Roman or Bronze age finds
